Shipping & Returns

At the present time, Nail MAXX Provide DHL, FedEx, and USPS shipping.  All packages shipped to the USA and International destinations will have tracking information. Orders placed by 5:00pm PST generally ship next day Monday-Friday. All orders are processed upon receipt. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.


–    Applies to packages shipped Ground Services to USA destinations ONLY except Hawaii,Alaska and Puerto Rico. .


–    For shipping destinations outside of the USA, your Nailmaxx’s ORDER International shipping fee will be calculated automatically by the carriers in the checkout page.

–    The shipping fee for international orders does not include taxes, VAT, duties and import costs for these fees are determined by your country and is the responsibility of the purchaser. The costs will be based on the value and class of the order and will be charged and billed to you by the carrier.

We will send you an email notification(s) once your order(s) have shipped along with your tracking number. You can also verify this information by visiting our website and logging into your account to view your order details.


All refused or returned packages are subject to which actual freight charges are applicable.


  • Nail MAXX wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and how your order was handled. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges due to health and safety codes.
  • However if you receive a wrong product due to our error or a damaged product during shipping, we will replace the product at no charge but you will need to return the product back to us.
  • Due to our company policy we do not offer refunds as all sales are Final.
