Do you have a physical store I can shop in?
While we do have a physical location, we do not offer in-store shopping. Instead, you can pick up your online order from our store if you are in the Santa Ana area.

Do I need to have a manicurist license to make a purchase?
No, you don't need a manicurist license to purchase any of the nail supplies at Nail Maxx. We welcome enthusiasts, beginners, and professionals alike.
Why can’t I return gel colors, nail colors, or dip powder?
We strive to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers. Unfortunately, in order to maintain hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on gel colors, nail lacquer, or dip powder.

Shipping and Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
Take advantage of complimentary shipping within the continental US for orders exceeding $75, with exclusions for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
What is your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 14 days with a 20% restocking fee. All items in a set must be returned together.
However, we don't accept returns on gel polish, nail lacquer, dip powders, or disinfecting products. Please read our full return policy to learn more.
What if I need to change my shipping address after I place my order?
If you need to modify your shipping address post-order placement, please contact our customer service promptly. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your package reaches the correct destination hassle-free.
